Fixed minor bugs on:
1) Sys Admin menu link from Main Screen
2) Change Flag not getting set for Needs and Scenarios after migration.
3) Fixed the save and edit features of user defined fields and comments field
4) Reset Needs run to begin at 2004 as the Start Year.
5 ) Enhanced with a new “Unfunded Selected Sections” report for Project Selection and increased the number of inspection slabs from 999 to 99999.

1. System Administration
· Provide simpler interface for backing up and restoring database. This change was caused by the discovery that Microsoft no longer allows for the redistribution of SQL Namespace files.
· Backup now allows users to schedule their backups.
· Fix problem for some users that get the file not found error when starting System Administration.

2. StreetSaver

Project Selection:
· Fix problem with Project Selection from previous year not getting updated with the current year. Results in an error when trying to run scenarios with the Project Selection included in the scenario.
· Fix problem with Project Selection screen not saving data if the user is on a text box and clicks on the Save button.

Section Description:
· Fix problem with filter on the Section Description screen. If the user is on the Events tab and goes into grid view, the filter comes up with only the criteria for Events.
· Show a warning message whenever a user changes the surface type of a section. The warning tells the user that changing the surface type can cause events to be inactive.
· Show a warning message whenever a user changes core data. The warning tells them that they must run needs and scenarios again.
· Disable customization of the toolbar on the main screen.
· Add error report to the Section Description screen, to display events that are inactivated due to surface families change during a recalculation.

Calculation:
· Correct problem with Scenarios run failing on larger databases due to database connection time out limit.
· Fix problem in Scenario recalculation when compared to Needs run. The result now shows the total cost from Needs run is identical to a scenario run with unlimited budget.
· Show a warning message whenever there are not enough years defined in the scenario to match the current Needs. User will need to use the Scenario Wizard to define the missing yearly budgets.

Reports:
· PCI Calculation - Summary Report for maintenance and rehabilitation now shows the old and current PCI that were omitted from previous version.
Inspections:
· Inspection history now only shows valid and active inspection history records. Previously it showed all.

Utilities:
· Fix possible problem with the split form. If the user has a section with a length greater than 32786 ft, the program would crash when trying to validate the length before splitting that section.
