Metropolitan Transportation Commision - Pavement Management Program


Pavement Management Technical Assistance Program (P-TAP) - Round 9

MTC received 70 applications for P-TAP Round 9. The following 35 Bay Area jurisdictions were selected to receive Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding combined with the jurisdiction's local contribution funds of 20% to establish and maintain their pavement management systems. Project scopes may include one or all of the following tasks:

  • PMS Implementation and Maintenance
  • PMS/GIS Integration
  • Pavement Design

Jurisdictions receiving the grants were notified by mail on August 31, 2007. The projects are expected to begin in October 2007, and must be completed by September 30, 2008.
