Inspection Units - Inspection History tab
  • The Inspection History tab shows the inspection history of a management section. A picture of the Inspection History tab is shown below.

    Inspection Unit

    Restore Inspection Units
    The Restore Inspections button will restore Inspections in Inspection Unit History to the Inspection Unit Table for modification and re-calculation. All associated distresses are also restored.

  • The Inspection History tab is divided into 2 parts: Inspection Unit History and Distress History.

    Inspection Unit History displays the data for an inspection unit for a management section.
    Inspect Date
    Inspect Date shows the dates of inspection for each individual inspection unit.
    Inspect Number
    Inspect Number shows the inspection unit number.
    No Distresses?
    This checkbox is checked if the inspection unit had no distresses.
    Special?
    This checkbox is checked if the inspection unit was a special inspection unit.
    Area
    Area shows the total area of the inspection unit.
    Restorable
    This checkbox indicates whether an Inspection History record can be restored to the Inspection Unit table for modification and re-calculation.
    Last Modified
    Last Modified stores the date and time of the last modification to a row in the grid. This information is copied from the computer’s internal clock and cannot be edited.

    Distress History displays all distresses related to each inspection unit in the inspection unit history table. Distress history for a particular inspection unit is displayedby highlighting the inspection unit data.
    Type
    Type displays the type of distress that is was recorded for an inspection unit.
    Description
    Description indicates the distress severity recorded for each distress type recorded for an inspection unit.
    Qty
    The Quantity field shows the length or area of the distress recorded for each distress type/severity combination identified.
    Last Modified
    Last Modified stores the date and time of the last modification to a row in the grid. This information is copied from the computer’s internal clock and cannot be edited.
