The Area ID contains optional, jurisdiction defined data that identifies the area in which a section is located. For example, a neighborhood, a subdivision, or a geographical feature can serve as areas. The Area ID tab is displayed below with Area ID information present. It will be empty if your agency has not entered information.
The fields that appear on this tab are defined below with the required fields
underlined.
| Name | The Name field stores the name or ID of the area. This field can store no more than two characters. |
| Description | Description displays a brief description of an area. |
| Last Modified | Last Modified displays the time and date of the last change to a row on the tab. |
Within this tab you can:
| - | Add a new Area ID. |
| - | Delete an obsolete Area ID. |
| - | Edit existing Area ID’s. |
| - | Save a new record or changes to an existing record. |
| - | Cancel a new record or changes made to an existing record. |
| - | Browse through all the records available on this tab. |
