The General Code is an optional, jurisdiction defined code that identifies pavement sections that share common characteristics such as drainage, number of lanes, or surface type. The General Code tab is illustrated below.
The fields that appear on this tab are defined below with the required fields are underlined.
| Name | This field stores a name that can be no longer that 2 characters. |
| Description | Description stores a brief description of a general code. |
| Last Modified | Last Modified displays the time and date of the last modification to a row in the grid. |
Within this tab you can:

| - | Delete a general code. |
| - | Edit existing general code information. |
| - | Save a new record or changes to an existing record. |
| - | Cancel a new record or changes made to an existing record. |
