The PCI Break Points tab allows you to define the PCI values that separate the condition categories. For example, 75 may separate the Very Good condition category from the Good condition category. The PCI Break Points tab is show below.

PCI Cap stores the maximum PCI value that will be included in needs and scenario calculations. If a section has PCI value larger than the PCI Cap value, it will not be selected for treatment until the PCI value is less than the PCI Cap value.

Within this tab you can:

-	For a functional class with a specific surface type, Edit the break points
-	Save a new record or changes to an existing record.
-	Cancel a new record or changes made to an existing record.
-	Browse through all the records available on this tab.
