Street ID:	The Street ID is an identifier that is unique for each street.
Section ID:	The Section ID is an identifier that is unique for each section of a given street.
Beg Location:	Beginning Location identifies the point that defines the beginning of the section.
End Location:	End Location identifies the point that defines the end of the section.
FC:	The Functional Classification field contains the primary function of the road for a particular section.
Surface Type:	Surface Type contains the type of surface for this section of road.
Cost:	Cost displays the projected cost of the treatment.
Rating:	The rating is the weight cost - effectiveness ratio of the recommended treatment.
Treatment:	Treatment contains the type of treatment recommended for the management section in this year.
