Street Name:	The Street Name is the full name of the street.
Beginning Location:	Beginning Location identifies the point that defines the beginning of the section.
Ending Location:	End Location identifies the point that defines the end of the section.
Street ID:	The Street ID is an identifier that is unique for each street.
Section ID:	The Section ID is an identifier that is unique for each section of a given street.
Survey PCI:	The Survey PCI shows the latest PCI value in the database for this section.
Year:	The Year shows the projected year except that the first will be the year of the latest PCI value.
Projected PCI:	The Projected PCI shows the PCI value projected for the year of the analysis period.
