PM %:	Percentage of total budget or amount available for Preventive Maintenance.
Budgets:	Total available fund for each analysis year.
Rehabilitaion:	Total amount allocated to Management Sections that received Rehabilitation treatments (Condcat II, III, IV, V and Restoration).
Condcat II:	Amount allocated to Management Sections with PCI values that call for a Condition Category II treatment.
Condcat III:	Amount allocated to Management Sections with PCI values that call for a Condition Category III treatment.
Condcat IV:	Amount allocated to Management Sections with PCI values that call for a Condition Category IV treatment.
Condcat V:	Amount allocated to Management Sections with PCI values that call for a Condition Category V treatment.
Prev. Maint.:	Total amount allocated to Management Sections PCI values and time since last treatment that call for a preventive maintenance treatment (surface seal of crack seal).
Stop Gap:	Total amount allocated to Management Sections that need Stop Gap treatments.
Deferred:	Total amount deferred based on Management Sections that should have received a treatment but were not funded.
Surplus PM:	Total amount not allocated after rehabilitation and PM funds were allocated.
Stop Gap Def.:	Total Stop Gap amount deferred from Management Sections
Bottom section:	The bottom bar is labled with the following totals:
Total:	Total Budget Amount allocated during the analysis period.
Arterial:	The Arterial column displays the amount allocated for the arterial functional class.
Collector:	The Collector column displays the amount allocated for the Collector functional class.
Res/Local:	The Res/Local column displays the amount allocated for the residential functional class.
Other:	The Other column displays the amount allocated for functional class Other.
