The New M & R tab provides a form through which you can enter maintenance and rehabilitation treatments that have been completed on a management section. The New M & R tab is illustrated below.
A description of each field in the New M & R tab is shown below. An entry is required in each field that is underlined.

Treatment Date

Treatment Date displays the date a treatment was applied. |

Treatment
|
Treatment refers to the type of treatment that was applied to a road section. This must be selected from a drop-down menu. |

Thickness
|
Thickness indicates the thickness of the treatment in inches. |

Sq. Ft.
|
Sp. Ft. refers to the total number of square feet treated in the project or linear feet if crude or joint sealing is applied. |
|
Treatment Cost
|
Treatment cost indicates the cost to apply the treatment. |
|
Comments
|
Comments stores additional information on the project that may be useful to the person reviewing the project history. |
|
Last Modified
|
This field stores the time and date of the last modification to an entry in the grid. |
