The Funding Source tab contains optional, jurisdiction defined information regarding funding sources that are available for use by your jurisdiction. The Funding Source tab is illustrated below with data. It will be empty if your agency has not entered data.
The fields found on this tab are explained below with the required fields underlined.
| Name | Name displays the name of a funding source. This field can contain no more than two characters. |
| Description | Description stores a brief description of a funding source. |
| Last Modified | Last Modified displays the time and date of the last modification to a grid. |
Within this tab you can:
| - | Add a new funding source. |
| - | Delete an obsolete funding source. |
| - | Edit existing funding source information. |
| - | Save a new record or changes to an existing record. |
| - | Cancel a new record or changes made to an existing record. |
| - | Browse through all the records available on this tab. |
