The Severity tab is a read only tab that contains a list of severity codes and descriptions used with all distress types. This tab is illustrated below.

The fields that appear on this tab are:

Severity Code	Severity Code displays a severity code.
Description	Description displays a description of the severity code that is listed in the Severity Code field.
