Click the Sort icon or select Sort from the
Record menu.

The Sort Records dialog appears (see below).

The list box on the left will display all of the record fields that can be
used for a sort.
|

Records are sorted using options selected in a top to bottom order. That is they
are sorted by the first option in the list, then by the second, and then the
third.

To create a sort order, move the sort options from the left list to the right
and/or from the right list to the left using the buttons that lie between the
boxes.

To move a sort option, highlight it, and click the
arrow that points in the direction to move the option.
|
|

|
The options in the Current Sort Order list box are the fields currently
selected as sort options. No more than three options can appear in this box.
|
|
8.
|
Click OK.
