Scroll bars move through grids when there are more columns or rows than can fit on a screen at one time. To move through the grids to the left, click on the left arrow. To move to the right, click on the right arrow. The box that lies between the two arrows indicates the location on the screen.

Scroll bars can also be vertical. In this case, clicking on the top arrow moves towards the top of the grid. The down arrow moves towards the bottom of the grid.

Scroll bars can also be dragged. To drag a scroll bar, place the cursor on the square in the scroll area. Hold down your left mouse button and pull the box in either direction; then, let go of the mouse button at your selected location.
