Area Users
MTC PMP Coordinators provide free
unlimited hotline support for jurisdictions located in
the Bay Area. If you have questions about system set-ups or running
your software, guidance on PMP concepts and development, staff support
for coordination of work efforts, or site visits for system help,
contact your coordinators.
Outside
Bay Area Users
Organizations outside the Bay Area that purchased
the MTC StreetSaver v.8 software will be provided with up to two
(2) hours of free hotline support by MTC's current Hotline
consultant, Nichols Consulting Engineers (NCE). Jurisdictions may
obtain assistance for the following:
Installation/Setup of Version 8.0 and Service
Releases
Database Conversion from prior versions
of the MTC PMP software
General assistance (as reasonable) in utilizing
the PMP
For hotline support beyond 2 hours and any
additional questions relating to general usage of the software,
Outside Bay Area users have the following options:
Enter into a separate annual "Maintenance
Agreement" with NCE. Please contact NCE regarding terms
and conditions.
Obtain hotline support with another consultant
of their choice. ( List of
consultants who have experienced working with MTC PMP software.)
