MTC PMP Coordinators provide free
unlimited hotline support for jurisdictions located in
the Bay Area. If you have questions about system set-ups or running
your software, guidance on PMP concepts and development, staff support
for coordination of work efforts, or site visits for system help,
contact your coordinators.
Outside
Bay Area Users
Organizations outside the Bay Area that purchased
the MTC StreetSaver v.8 software will be provided with up to two
(2) hours of free hotline support by MTC. Jurisdictions may
obtain assistance for the following:
Connection issue related to StreetSaver Online
General assistance (as reasonable) in utilizing
StreetSaver program
For hotline support beyond 2 hours and any
additional technical issues relating to StreetSaver,
outside Bay Area users can purchase a Software Supoort Services Plan with MTC. Please contact MTC regarding terms
and conditions.
